FORT WAYNE, Ind. ---Working in tandem with Xzavier Sanders and Damiah Jackson Sanders, brother and sister, a 26-year-old, Keyontre Keshon Davie, has been charged in the gun homicide of Andraias Curry, four days before Christmas.
It was a team effort with the three of them communicating with each other on their cell phones while inside and outside of the popular restaurant, Hawkins House of Fish, at the corner of Weisser Park Avenue and East Pontiac Street.
According to a probable cause affidavit submitted by homicide detective Scott Wilson, Davie arrived at Hawkins in a black Dodge Durango around 2:30 a.m. to help out with the plans to shoot Curry. Xzavier,29, and his sister, 23, got there in Sanders’ black Range Rover at the same time.

In surveillance video, Sanders appears to have a firearm in his right hand, court documents say. He’s very comfortable at this restaurant and is seen entering through the back door and into the kitchen.
The beef between Curry and the Sanders siblings stemmed from Curry accidentally shooting Damiah while she was inside of a “motor vehicle,” court documents say. That was on Christmas Eve the year before.
One interesting note is that Sanders was so familiar with Hawkins House of Fish, he takes it upon himself to pat down customers coming inside. One of those customers was Curry.
“Xzavier was intentional and making sure he patted Andraias down (making sure he was free of weapons)” at 3:24 a.m. in the first 14 minutes Curry was there, court documents said.
It’s an in-and-out parade of cars, then a Buick Enclave that belongs Xzavier’s girlfriend is driven to an empty lot with a view of the restaurant’s front door. Davie remains inside.
At 4:23 a.m., Sanders follows Curry southbound on Weisser Park turning right on McKee St. Sanders follows him south on Hannah, west on Rudisill and then on to Fairfield. At 4:29 a.m., multiple rounds are fired into the driver’s door of Curry’s car, killing him.
Then Sanders flees the scene east on Paulding Road and heads north.
At 4:35 a.m. Davie is still waiting inside Hawkins at the same time Fort Wayne police get a call that someone has been shot, court documents said.
At 4:37 a.m. Davie leaves the restaurant, but not without his food, a detail that might appall some people. He signals to a female companion they need to leave.

Davie gets into his car and takes off a high rate of speed, running the stop sign at Weisser Park and Pontiac Street. Even when he’s out of video camera range, he can be heard accelerating, court documents note.
With the persistent detective work of the FWPD, Davie was charged with Felony 1 Conspiracy to Commit Murder Resulting in death and Level 5 assisting a criminal. A Felony 1 will put you in prison fro 20 to 40 years, 30 years being the advisory sentence.
The Sanders siblings have already been charged. According to the Allen County Sheriff's website, Damiah was charged the same as Davie. Her brother was charged with murder, attempted murder and other related charges.
