Swedzinski, 67, died of a bullet wound to the head and another to his chest, according to a probable cause affidavit written by Detective Gabe Furnish with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Thursday, Michael Chavez Gustin, 22, was charged with murder, felony murder and burglary.
