Prior to Monday’s sentencing in Judge David Zent’s courtroom, Christopher A. Graber, 33, pleaded guilty to raping the victim numerous times when she was between 11 and 13. James Graber, 29, violated her in his own home and elsewhere when she was a little bit older and pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor.

During an interview, Fosnight admitted to “requesting sexual acts done to a 7 to 9 year old.” He said he may have done this 100 times, court documents said. Under questioning, Fosnight initially admitted to looking at porn sites, his preferred site, “Sexy Asians” where he paid money for desperate people to perform sexual acts.

Morning testimony featured FWPD officers, detectives and two young women, best friends, who were hanging around with the wrong crowd in September 2023. Their testimony was pivotal. S.C. was the girl with the car, a black Chevy Cruze. That night, she lent it to Terrance Sanders Jr. because he kept asking her for it, she said.

Responding officers and EMS found the younger brother crying over his dead brother, cradling him in his arms, according to the probable cause affidavit submitted by homicide detective Aaron Johnson. Detectives plumbed social media and found rap videos tying Recht, now 21, to the homicides. Words like “All that dissing he was doing, they ain’t think we was going to get him back, front yard Boogie, more through the mail you gonna get it back.”

During the ensuing melée on Dec. 9, 2023, Gray, now 24, shot and killed Keelin Woods, 26. He stood trial this week in Allen Superior Court for murder, attempted murder and using a firearm in the commission of a crime. The jury, after about three hours of deliberation, found him not guilty. They agreed he acted in self defense.

This time around, at a second trial, hope turned to disappointment. Thursday, a jury found Allen guilty on two counts: child neglect resulting in death and aggravated battery. Both are Level 1 felonies meaning considerable prison time. On each count, he could be sentenced between 20 to 40 years.

Allen, 35, is accused of delivering a blow so hard to his 17-month-old daughter’s abdomen that her mesentery was “shredded,” Wagner said. She died early on Feb. 25, 2021.
