The week suspension from July 6-10 came almost immediately after two sex crimes cases were continued on July 2 in Allen Superior Court. Gull was the lead deputy prosecutor on both cases.

Prior to Monday’s sentencing in Judge David Zent’s courtroom, Christopher A. Graber, 33, pleaded guilty to raping the victim numerous times when she was between 11 and 13. James Graber, 29, violated her in his own home and elsewhere when she was a little bit older and pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor.

A mistrial was declared in Allen Superior Court Thursday morning (June 12) due to jury misconduct, according to the defense attorney.
